During the salt-making process, seawater is boiled down and the resulting salt is transferred to bamboo baskets to drain. The liquid collected during this process is known as “Nigari” (bittern). Only 35 to 40 liters can be harvested each day. Nigari is said to help restore the body\u2019s natural immune system and protect against bacteria, offering benefits for a wide variety of health conditions and symptoms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Nigari Water: Add 2\u20134 ml of Nigari to 1 liter of water. Drink between 0.3 to 1 liter throughout the day in several servings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– By the Glass: Add 1\u20133 drops of Nigari to one cup of water (approx. 200 ml) and enjoy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
